Reforma follows a well-proven 4 Step “UCDI Consulting Approach” approach to cater to it’s clients :

This is one of the most crucial phases of a project. Designing a great solution starts with understanding the underlying needs and environment. We gather information and conduct organizational analysis to develop a thorough understanding of the current challenges, culture, complexities and future direction of the organization.

To provide further input how the solutions are prioritized, we compare the current state with the desired state. In this phase, we derive answer to the question “Where are your practices and systems as compared to other similar organizations in the industry?” This helps to identify the right gaps that need to be closed by our solution.
